Description
Juan Piñero Manzanilla Jarona is a very fresh and elegant Manzanilla that only matures for 3 to 4 years under flor and is therefore very fresh and soft. The Palomino Fino grapes all come from one vineyard of lbariza soil (lime) in Sanlucar; so a single vineyard. This sherry comes in a 0.375 liter bottle.
This Juan Piñero Manzanilla Jarona is fresh and spicy with notes of citrus in the nose with a balsamic touch. In the mouth, the sherry wine is spicy with a slightly salty aftertaste. This is a delicious accompaniment to shellfish, fish, sushi, herring, olives, almonds and natural and perfect with the real Belotta Jamom .
