Disfrutando is Spanish for "enjoy" – how fitting, as this is a seriously fine alcohol-free wine. Disfrutand 0.0 is the result of a very thorough dealcoholization process in a new facility specifically designed for this purpose at Juan Gil's winery in 2024.

The Juan Gil Disfrutand 0.0 Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Tempranillo and Syrah grapes. This alcohol-free sparkling wine is the result of a meticulously patented dealcoholization process for these grapes. The vinification, dealcoholization, and subsequent carbonation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling. No external factors influence the wine, and the fruit is allowed to dominate.

In the glass, the Juan Gil Disfrutand 0.0 Sparkling Rosé is a pale pink color. This alcohol-free sparkling wine has a fine and consistent bubble. With intense aromas of berries and tart strawberries, it offers a refreshing experience with moderate acidity and notes of red fruit, emphasized by a pleasant carbonation. Ideal with fish, seafood, salads, pasta, and of course, desserts and all kinds of celebrations.

Store this wine in a cool, dry place at a temperature around 15°C. After opening, it can be kept in the refrigerator for up to five days. To fully enjoy the flavor, it is recommended to consume it at a temperature of around 6°C.

The beautiful bodega Juan Gil was founded in 1916 and has been owned by the Gil family for generations. Unlike the majority of Jumilla, the vineyards are located on the plateau between the mountains. As a result, Juan Gil benefits from a more temperate climate compared to the wineries located in the valley. The metamorphosis on Juan Gil's domain is truly spectacular. Where Juan Gil was always one of the leading wineries of the Jumilla region, today it marks itself more than ever as the top winery of the region. This is mainly due to the constant investments of owner Miguel Gil. His wines from the Jumilla region, which was synonymous with mass and basic, now rank among the very best in Spain. And what is beautiful, not only the top cuvées but any wine with the Gil signature is a pleasure. In addition to the well-known and famous wines of Juan Gil under the name El Nido and Clio, the family has beautiful domains including Pedrera, the 12 Meses (silver Label)| and the L'Altre de Can Blau. All in all, beautiful wines which are all organically grown and produced and have an excellent price/quality ratio

Miguel Gil also owns the top estate El Nido and out of respect and love for his region (and great wine!), is choosing quality over quantity in Jumilla, which had been undiscovered for years. For the mini-project of Bodegas El Nido, he calls on the Australian top winemaker Chris Ringland (at Parker perfect for 100/100…). At this small Bodega, 2 wines are made: Clio & El Nido. The 16 hectares of Monastrell vineyards, which are 60 years old, are situated on terraces that are oriented to the northeast. In addition, 25 years ago, 12 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon were planted in the same region on the north-facing hills. Today, these unique vineyards offer top-quality grapes that are magnificently refined by the Gil-Ringland duo into Spain's most aristocratic wines.
