Description
This delicious and versatile South African sparkling wine can rightly be called everyone's friend. Everyone loves it! The smells alone stimulate the senses. Delicious aromas of lemon, apple, melon, pear, peach and apricot ensure a delicious freshness. An aromatic, delicate wine with an excellent balance between the Chardonnay and the Pinot aromas. The Graham Beck Brut is therefore highly recommended to enjoy on a terrace during a summer day.
The brut is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that are picked by hand and then immediately transported to the cellars where they are pressed. The musts then undergo separate fermentation and a sophisticated blend is then made. When the right mix is made, the wine is bottled and left in the bottle for 15 to 18 months.
Delicious as an aperitif and also delicious with fish, soft white cheese and with a dessert with fruit.

The NV Brut , which carries six grams per liter of residual sugar and was disgorged December 2016, is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It has a fresh lime and sea spray bouquet, well defined with a light honeysuckle aroma. The palate is well balanced with citrus peel on the entry. It might not be as persistent as other South African MCCs, but it is bounding with freshness and delivers a tangy orange-pith finish. How how many champagnes can you get change from with a twenty dollar bill?

Graham Beck winery is located in Robertson, South Africa, in the Western Cape province about 175km from Cape Town. In 1983, Graham Beck bought a farm in Robertson with only one goal in mind: to start a top wine house. And it worked! In the meantime, there has been considerable expansion and Graham Beck Wines has 4 wineries in Franschhoek, Robertson and Stellenbosch with a total of almost 400 hectares of vineyards.
Because this winery has access to different areas, it is possible to plant the perfect grape in the right area based on the correct micro-climate & soil combination. As a result, winery Graham Beck creates the perfect conditions for itself, which ensures harvests that can be called fantastic.
This winery works with an eye for detail and you can taste that in the wines. Graham Beck winery is very successful and is now known for its great sparkling wines that are champagne-like but at a much better price.
