The soil and the same grape varieties as in champagne ensure that this wine has become a formidable competitor of the well-known champagnes. Aging in the bottle takes place for 25 to 37 months, creating very elegant, internationally appreciated wine. It is a blend of young and reserve wines. Ca 'del Bosco is owned by Maurizio Zanella, one of the most important producers of the area, if not all of Italy. Zanella played a major role in the Italian wine renaissance of recent decades.
