Description
This Pinot Grigio is grown in the hilly vineyards of Girlan, at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in minerals dating back to the Ice Age.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and once they arrive in the cellar, they are gently pressed and the must is clarified through natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the wine is then aged on its lees in the tank.
Light lemon yellow in color. Fruity aromas of apple and pear on the nose. Also notes of almond and a hint of spice (chervil). The wine is softly textured, juicy, and vibrant on the palate.
