2025 Girlan Classici Pinot Grigio Alto Adige

This Pinot Grigio is grown in the hilly vineyards of Girlan at altitudes ranging from 450 to 500 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in minerals dating back to the Ice Age.

The grapes are hand-picked, and as soon as they arrive in the cellar, gentle pressing and clarification of the must take place through natural sedimentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by further aging on the lees in the tank.

Light lemon yellow in color. Fruity aromas of apple and pear on the nose. Also notes of almond and some spiciness (chervil). On the palate, the wine is soft in structure, juicy, and lively.
