The 2023 Circle Creek Chardonnay is composed of 97% Chardonnay and 3% other white grapes. The wine is fully malolactic fermented, which gives it a creamy texture. Additionally, 8% of the wine is aged in new French oak for four months. This limited wood influence adds subtlety without overpowering the fresh character of the wine. The result is a balanced white wine with character and finesse.
