The grapes for this Chardonnay come from various vineyards in California, where a warm and sunny climate ensures optimal ripening. The combination of sunshine hours and cooling influences from the ocean contributes to a good balance between ripe fruit and fresh acidity.

The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from carefully selected plots. The focus is on preserving fruit expression and a consistent style typical of Californian Chardonnay.

Harvest, vinification and aging

After the harvest, the grapes are processed with attention to freshness and aromatic expression. A portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, resulting in a softer, creamier texture. Additionally, partial oak aging is applied to add extra roundness and complexity. The wine then ages partly in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character.

The wine has a clear, light golden yellow color. The nose reveals aromas of ripe peach, soft tropical fruit, and a light creamy touch.
