2023 Adulation California Chardonnay

In the beautiful wine region of California is winery Adulation located. The house is known for the production of a number of top Californian wines at excellent prices. The house has vineyards with old vines that are planted in a soil that consists of a strong structure of clay soil with lime and marl. The strong soil in combination with the perfect climate that prevails in the area, ensures that the grapes can ripen perfectly. Only the best bunches are selected for the Adulation wines, from which the grapes are harvested by hand. This enables the house to produce wine of the best quality.

The grapes for this full and powerful Chardonnay wine mature for a few months in oak barrels after pressing. The result is a complex, full and creamy Chardonnay. The wine gives fresh and exotic aromas of tropical fruit. In the taste we taste yellow fruit combined with sweet herbs, toast and vanilla. The aftertaste is long and very powerful, which we are used to from a California Chardonnay. Adulation means flattery and that fits perfectly with this beautiful Californian Chardonnay because this is a typical wood-aged wine but then at an un-American good price.
