2022 Sinzero Chardonnay
This Sinzero Chardonnay is made with grapes harvested from vineyards in Chile from the Maipo valley. In the glass, the white Sinzero Chardonnay alcohol-free has a fresh light straw yellow color with the typical chardonnay notes in the nose, such as peach and a hint of green apple. On the palate it has fruity flavors and a surprisingly balanced acidity. The Sinzero Chardonnay is an excellent accompaniment to plaice, dab, cod, seafood or with a fresh salad. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10 ° C and once opened you should keep the wine cool and consume it within 2 days.
The Sinzero Chardonnay is a nice non-alcoholic wine. A conscious - and with only 20 kcal per 100 ml - also a responsible choice. We have tried many alcohol-free wines and it is fair to say that most of them are not (yet) allowed to earn the predicate Wine. The Sinzero wines are among the best currently available among the alcohol-free wines and are made according to a unique procedure, the SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column), in which no loss of taste or aroma takes place.
The grapes are fermented and aged according to the traditional winemaking method. During this traditional 'vinification', the grapes are crushed very gently and normal fermentation and maturation take place. So real wine is made and the wine is dealcoholized just before bottling. The most beautiful process to de-alcoholize is according to the so-called SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column). It is also the most expensive process, but SSC does not lose any aroma or taste. Via an ingenious (physical) system, the aromas, the alcohol and the moisture are separated, after which the aromas are added to the moisture.
