EIVI “THE EMBRACED WINE”

This elegant Albariño, originating from the Spanish wine region of Rias Baixas, is beautifully balanced with mild fruit acids and aromas and flavors of ripe citrus and passion fruit. The goal of Winemakers Eric-Paul Sanders (founder of the EIVI Lifestyle Group) and Jose Estevez (founder of Viña Almirante) was to "create something special and untraditional in a traditional way". The result was EIVI. An 'iconic' wine with a limited edition; only 20,000 bottles are produced each year.

EIVI is an iconic Albariño from Galicia, matured for a few months on its own lees “ sur lie ”. The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color and is beautifully balanced with lovely mild fruit acids and delicious aromas and flavors of ripe citrus and passion fruit. Its complexity and formidable length make this white Rias Baixas for many the favorite accompaniment to fish, shellfish or grilled meat.

Around the neck of each bottle, as a sign of love and happiness, is a unique handmade "bohemian bracelet". Put the bracelet on the person you are drinking EIVI with and it will bring you both prosperity. This is a magnum of 1.5 liters.
