The Casa Rojo Macho Man Monastrell is a 100% Monastrell (known as Mourvedre in France) and comes from vineyards under the Protected Geographical Indication TIERRA DE MURCIA and are between 15 and 80 years old. After harvest and selection, the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. The Macho Macho Man Monastrell (MMM) is a fruit-forward red wine bursting with aromas of black cherries, plums, and berries. Smoky and earthy notes, along with a fresh herbal edge, create tension. Well-integrated tannins and balsamic acid provide structure, and the wine's presentation is simply superb.

They are fortunate and privileged to be able to produce in the regions where they have their roots and admire the two grapes they are passionate about: Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) in the continental climate of La Ribera del Duero and Monastrell in their Mediterranean homeland, Tierra de Murcia. Recently, they have also added unique white grapes from Ribera del Galicia, such as Verdejo, Albariño, and Sauvignon Blanc. Casa Rojo's vision is clear: "A wine should be a maximum expression of the soil, the grapes, and the local climate."
