The 125 Primitivo del Salento IGP is a 100% Primitivo from a vineyard located in Taranto - Puglia. The grapes are hand-picked and the wine has undergone traditional winemaking and has been aged in wood for 12 months. The 125 Primitivio is an elegant dark red full wine with intense aroma of ripe plums and cherry jam. Slightly spicy with hints of vanilla and cocoa in the final. Beautiful structure with ripe, full tannins. The 125 Primitivo is an excellent glass to enjoy and an excellent accompaniment to a steak or stew and delicious with a hash.
