Description
The Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 2019 is considered the finest second wine of Vintage 2019 in Bordeaux. The wine is a blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc. A beautiful ruby red color in the glass with notes of blackberries, raspberries, rose petals, violets, pencil shavings and cedar wood on the nose. Complex, elegant and extremely convincing: this is a fantastic Bordeaux that should certainly not be missing in any fine wine collection.

For the white wine, 12 hectares of Sauvignon blanc have been planted. The second wine of the winery is called Pavillon rouge. The white wine "Pavillon Blanc" is considered the best white wine of the Médoc. Since 2009, Château Margaux also produces a third wine called "Margaux du Château Margaux". This third wine has been made since 1997, but it was always sold in bulk to other wine producers until 2009. As one of the largest and most well-known producers in the Margaux, Chateau Margaux produces an average of 25,000 cases of their Grand vin.
