The Noblesse Oblige Reserva Quinta da Falorca consists for 100% of the most beautiful white grape from the Daô - the Encruzado. This grape has the ability to maintain almost a perfect balance between sugars and acidity. The Noblesse Blanco has a great purity and has everything but nothing too much. This is of a very high level with complex notes of aging, freshness, citrus and minerality. The wine is fresh, but with each sniff and gulp, new layers and aromas are released. Impressive like his red brother. Do not drink this wine too cold - around 10-12 degrees is perfect.
