The Flor de Vetus Tinto has a rich red color with purple hues. The wine is medium to full-bodied, with ripe red and black fruit on the nose. We smell notes of licorice, spices, coffee, and caramel. The palate is powerful yet fresh. It's very structured, and we were surprised by the wonderful acidity this Toro wine has. Clearly a modern Toro style, with fruit taking center stage. The wine is well-structured and perfectly balanced, with an exquisite finish.

The Encruzado Reserva Quinta da Falorca is made from 95% of the finest white grape from the Daô region – the Encruzado. This grape has the ability to maintain a near-perfect balance between sugars and acidity. It produces dry, fruity, and aromatic wines and is one of Portugal's top white grape varieties. This grape has exceptional aging potential, as evidenced by this white wine from Quinta da Falorca, which can easily remain in your cellar or wine fridge until 2034. The wine has been aged in new French oak and has a perfect alcohol content of 13%, making it exceptionally elegant. Year after year, the wine receives high ratings.

In the glass, the Colección de Toneles Centenarios Las Blancas Tradicionales is pale golden yellow and is initially alsamical and medicinal on the nose, with aromas of bay leaf, white flowers (such as jasmine), fennel, herbs and pollen. In the mouth the wine is even and fresh, with excellent acidity. Despite the relatively low alcohol percentage of 12.3%, the wine is powerful in taste, with a salty, dry finish that lingers.
