Description
The Oddbird Blanc de Blancs is a modern and dry sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France. The Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay and has notes of crisp Granny Smith apples, honey, almond and lime. An elegant Chardonnay with complexity and delicate bubbles.
Creating contemporary, world-class wines without alcohol is an art – Oddbird is rooted in tradition and innovation. Every detail of the winemaking process is carefully considered, from the selection of grapes and vineyards, to fermentation and alcohol removal, to bottling. All grapes are harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality grapes. The wines are traditionally aged for 12 months and then undergo a patented method of alcohol removal. With no artificial colours, flavors or alcohol, Oddbird wines can be enjoyed freely.

Wijnhuis
Oddbird is the leading Scandinavian producer of non-alcoholic wines, beers, and spirits. Founded in 2013 by Moa Gürbüzer after working as a social worker and family therapist for over twenty years. Moa saw reoccurring alcohol-related problems, which deeply impacted her - recognizing the urgent need for alternatives.
They produce high quality wines, made in the traditional winemaking methods, including ageing after which they are all "liberated from alcohol".
