For Monograno's MATT series, this resilient and rich wheat variety is at its best when grown in the sunny fields of Apulia, before being perfected by our master pasta makers. The Matt pasta has a summery bouquet of hay and dried coconut. The authentic taste is reminiscent of bread, butter and bamboo shoots.

The Matt Spaghettoni is made from durum wheat semolina and mountain water high from the dolomites. The slightly thicker spaghetti, called Spaghettoni, is a (slightly) thicker variant of the classic spaghetti. Versatile and suitable for traditional cooking or even short frying: they can withstand any treatment! For us the perfect pasta with a real Carbonare or a Pasta Napoli
