Description
The king among chips are the Hoeksche Chips from the Hoekse Waard. Only sustainably grown potatoes are used for Hoeksche chips. The potatoes are grown in excellent clay soil. By choosing our best potatoes and frying them with their skin on, the chips get the pure, authentic potato taste.
Hoeksche Chips Truffle are exclusive chips with real truffle. Grown, harvested and baked on our farm and packaged in a chic bag. A unique truffle chips that fits perfectly in Christmas packages and gift sets. The taste of our Hoeksche Chips Truffle is incomparable: delicious, powerful, but not overpowering. Every day, natural chips are baked on the farm in 100% sunflower oil. We only use natural products and no artificial colours, fragrances, flavors or preservatives.

At Hoeksche Chips they only use home-grown potatoes, so they know exactly what happened to the potatoes. Hoeksche Chips is Global GAP certified. Global-GAP stands for safe and responsible food that is produced everywhere under comparable conditions. Natural enemies of insects are used. These are lured by creating edges along the potato fields where flowers grow that attract natural enemies. This means that no chemical control against lice is necessary. They use advisory systems for mold control, so they only intervene when really necessary.
