Description
The Mip Rose Collection is the MIP rosé Premium and is made from Syrah, Grenache & Rolle. The Mip Collection undergoes a cold maceration before fermentation. Oxygen-free pressing and then fermentation at low temperature. The wine matures for at least 4 months on fine lees. The grapes are picked at night so that the grapes cannot start fermenting. This method gives the Rose Collection its light pink color and careful scent and taste impressions of grapefruit, lemon, pear and green apple.
In the glass, the MIP Rose Collection is fuchsia pink with a powerful nose, dominated by notes of citrus fruits and small red fruits. The mouth is full of finesse, with the same aromatic notes as the nose and a duration that makes the pleasure last. Because the wine is deliciously fresh and provided with a striking bottle with a modern look, it will certainly score high on any sunny terrace. With or without a light-hearted dish. Due to the long(er) maturation on its own lees, this is a wine that also retains its freshness for a long time and of which the fruit and acids will integrate even more beautifully over time.
Because the grapes on the estate enjoy an optimal planting in relation to the sun, they can grow to full and ripe maturity in good health. In humid weather, the gentle mountain winds - of which the Mistral is perhaps the best known - ensure that mold and rot do not get a hold on the bunches. This makes organic farming at Domaine Sainte Lucie an easy challenge.
FACT: The wine is in our conditioned Wine Warehouse and if you come to pick up the wine you will often also receive a nice discount .

Michel Fabre founded Domaine Sainte Lucie in 1978 in Puyloubier, twenty kilometers east of Aix-en-Provence, at the foot of the Montagne Sainte Victoire. The average thirty-five-year-old sticks of Sainte Lucie are placed on a thin layer of calcareous sandy and red clay soil full of stones. Basically only a soil suitable for wine grapes. This mainly concerns the red varieties grenache and syrah supplemented with some cabernet sauvignon, mourvèdre and of course carignan, vermentino and cinsault.
Because the grapes on the domain enjoy optimal planting in relation to the sun, they can reach full and ripe maturity in good health. In humid weather, the gentle mountain winds - of which the Mistral is perhaps the best known - ensure that fungi and rot do not get a grip on the bunches. It makes organic farming at Domaine Sainte Lucie an easy challenge.
The nature-friendly approach on the domain naturally also has an impact on the wines of Sainte Lucie. They are fruit-rich, elegantly spicy, floral and pure. Add to this the modern bottle versions and the rosés of Domaine Sainte Lucie can be counted among the most seductive Provence wines on every occasion and every moment of use.
