Description
Like all Corette wines, this white wine is also varietal, meaning it's made from a single grape variety: the delicious Viognier . This Corette Viognier boasts a beautiful golden yellow color and boasts delightful aromas of exotic fruit and floral notes (lavender, acacia) on the nose. The wine is powerful, rich, and balanced. Its texture is rich, yet refreshing, with a lovely finish featuring a hint of honey.
The grapes are harvested very early in the morning and then quickly transferred to the cellars to preserve their freshness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and contact with oxygen is minimized to preserve the wine's freshness and fruitiness. This Viognier is delicious as an aperitif and also pairs beautifully with salads, white meat, grilled fish, and mature, creamy cheeses.
Did you know: Corette wines are considered luxury house wines in many half- and even three-star Michelin restaurants in the Netherlands? Without exception, Corette wines offer an excellent price-quality ratio.

Delicious wines from a single grape variety (monocépages) in a clean, accessible, fruity style. These are the Corette wines - really wines to please immediately. At the same time, the Corette wines are not only typical of their grape varieties, but also of their region of origin. The wines are described as: Wines for everyday use, that offer something to hold on to, that you can rely on, because they are always good and offer what you are looking for. Because you are a wine lover, but not necessarily a wine connoisseur. That is why we developed Corette seven years ago. The wines are made by Badet Clément, from Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, a large house that originates from Burgundy, but has also been active in Languedoc-Roussillon and the southern Rhône for a long time.
The Corette wine series has been developed exclusively for the trade and catering industry and currently consists of 8 products, each made from a single grape variety. Much attention has been paid to the appearance of the Corette wines (including labels, bottles and presentation). The Corette series contains wines from the Pays d'Oc. Corette stands for pure and honest wines for every day; wines in which the aroma and taste characteristics of the grape are well expressed. The chic and stylish design ensures the right experience on every table.
