Description
Duckhorn Vineyards has been making wine for more than 40 years using grapes from Napa Valley's finest vineyards. Building on this rich history, their Napa Valley Chardonnay comes from the coolest regions. In the cellar they don't settle for anything less than classic perfection. Fermentation in French oak barrels adds depth and character, while stirring the lees during the process enriches the wine with a silky texture. The result is a Chardonnay that reflects the complexity of Napa Valley, where the area's warm days and cool nights come together to create a balanced and refined wine.
Winemaker Notes: “ This tantalizing Chardonnay begins with alluring aromas of lemon cream, orange blossom, Key lime and candied pineapple. On the palate, a lush, silky mouthfeel and energetic acidity frame lively orchard-fruit flavors of pear and white peach, with hints of brioche emerging on the long, focused finish.”
