Situated in Bordeaux’s prestigious Margaux appellation, Château Labégorce has once again produced a wine that is attracting the attention of critics and wine lovers alike with the 2022 vintage. The 2022 vintage is composed of 50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.

In the glass, Château Labégorce is deep garnet purple, indicating concentration and depth. On the nose, aromas of juicy black plums, wild blueberries and warm cassis, complemented by hints of cedar, wild sage and cloves.
On the palate this Margaux is medium to full bodied with firm, grainy tannins and a refreshing acidity. The finish is woody, indicating an ambitious wine with potential for further aging. Renowned wine journalist Neil Martin of Vinous (92-94/100) concludes his very positive review with: " ....This will be an utterly charming Margaux
