Predicador Blanco Bodegas BenjamÃn Romeo is a white wine from the Rioja region in Spain. Made by the Benjamin Romeo Contador winery. This tight with delicious minerals is a fresh powerful white Rioja wine.
The Predicador Blanco is a blend of 50% Viura, 30% Garnacha Blanca and 20% Malvasia partly matured in new and existing oak. It has a light bouquet of freshly squeezed grapefruit, white peach and a hint of almond, then a touch of chalk dust. The taste is very well balanced with fresh acids with a tight mineral finish. This is a beautiful Rioja but also great to leave for a few years. This winery also makes the famous Contador so quality is assured.

The white 2019 Predicador Blanco is a bend of 44% Viura, 36% MalvasÃa and 20% Garnacha Blanca from different vineyards in the villages of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Leza and Labastida. It fermented in barrel, 30% new, where the wine matured for eight months. It's 14.04% alcohol and has a pH of 3.15. It's aromatic and powerful, with balance, structure and slightly riper sensations. 10,000 bottles produced.

Brilliant straw-yellow. Fragrant, oak-spiced pear, peach and melon aromas are complemented by suggestions of lemon pith and vanilla. Silky and penetrating on the palate, offering juicy orchard and pit fruit flavors that are given a spicy edge by a hint of ginger. Finishes very long and smooth, with lingering hints of smoke and pear.

The Beginning in the Cave (1996-2000) The story of Bodega CONTADOR begins in 1995, when winemaker Benjamin Romeo purchases an ancient cave under the castle of San Vicente de la Sonsierra - La Rioja. He made his first wine "La Cueva Del Contador" from his 1996 harvest. In 1999, the first year of the now renowned top wine "Contador" is a fact.
The garage (2001-2007) 2001 is the year that Benjamin Romeo also furnishes the garage of his childhood home in San Vicente for winemaking, in addition to the cave, with which he increases production capacity. Robert Parker awards the 2004 and 2005 volumes of "Contador", made in the garage, with the highest rating possible: 100 points and the international prestige of Benjamin Romeo wines is a fact.
Bodega CONTADOR (2008-present) The new bodega will open on June 21, 2008, located at the foot of the San Vicente de la Sonsierra, surrounded by a diversity of vineyards that include unique wines such as "Predicador, La Cueva Del Contador, La Viña De Andres Romeo en Contador "and" Qué Bonito Cacareaba "
