The 2012 Castello di Bolgheri Bolgheri Superiore is a refined wine from the Bolgheri DOC in Tuscany, Italy. The 2012 Castello di Bolgheri Bolgheri Superiore is composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon , often complemented with Merlot and sometimes a small percentage of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This wine is aged in oak barrels (primarily French oak) for approximately 18 months, which contributes to the structure, complexity and aromatic depth of the wine.
