Domaine des Lises

Maxime Graillot is the young owner of the Domaine des Lises. A small wine farm with 4 hectares of vineyard. After many years working in the family business, the son of the legendary Alain Graillot decided to make his own wine. He bought a 4 hectare vineyard very close to his father. The yield is (deliberately) very low and no pesticides are used. The Domaine Lises Duo is more than excellent wine, the grapes come from vineyards located at the foot of the Hermitage hill, one of the most famous vineyards in the world and the price / quality of this Crozes Hermitage is unprecedented. The wines of the Domaine des Lises are known throughout the region for their finesse and elegance.

Traditional vinification, hand-picked, destemmed and selected grapes which are aged for 2 years in 1-2 year old French oak. Only a small percentage receive new wood. All this to allow the fruit to dominate this naturally powerful wine.
