Domaine des Perdrix

Domaine des Perdrix winery is located in Premeaux-Prissey, about 30 kilometers below Dijon in Burgundy. In 1996 this winery became owned by the Devillard family. Domaine des Perdrix owes its name to the partridges (perdrix) that walk around a lot. In total, the vineyards of Perdrix cover about 30 hectares, one of which is also located in Vosne-Romanée, a very famous village in the Côte de Nuits area.

The Côte de Nuits is world famous for the great, mainly red wines that come from here. The terroirs of winery Domaine des Perdrix are of great quality and therefore produce beautiful, complex wines. The winery uses all possibilities and works with the utmost care to make a nice glass of red wine. The grapes are picked by hand and carefully transported in small quantities so that they are not bruised. Fermentation takes place in open barrels. The wine is not pumped over, but the cap is regularly broken so that the wine does not get hard tannins. In short, an excellent winery with more than great wines!
