Champagne Jeeper

The former owner named his brand Champagne Jeeper as a tribute to the Willys Jeep he bought from the U.S. Army at the end of World War II and which allowed him to tour the vineyards in peace. Champagne Jeeper, whose winery is located in Faverolles et Coëmy, a commune near Reims in the northwest of the Champagne region, today employs around 45 people. Champagne Jeeper is spread throughout France and abroad and also has offices in the United States and Japan.

Jeeper Champagne has more than fifty hectares of vineyards on some of the most beautiful plots in Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley. In June 2016, the Maison received the Viticulture Sustainable HQE-RVE certificate. The estate uses natural grass cover and has set itself the goal of being CO2 Neutral in the vineyards within the next five years.

Jeeper combines classic production in a state-of-the-art setting with state-of-the-art stainless steel barrels as well as with 1,200 oak barrels, giving Jeeper the third largest barrel cellar in the Champagne region.
