Acrobat

Acrobat wines are made in Oregon, the state famous for its high-quality Pinot Noirs. Acrobat owns vineyards in several parts of Oregon, including Willamette Valley, Umpqua Valley, and Rogue Valley. Most of Acrobat's vineyards are made up of King Estate, which is located in the south of Willamette Valley. King Estate includes over 400 acres of vines, as well as gardens and orchards. This entire vineyard is biodynamically certified and is the largest biodynamic vineyard in the United States.

The grapes from King Estate form the 'backbone' of the Acrobat wines. Because some other grapes are also used from Oregon, the wines themselves are not certified biodynamic. The state of Oregon is quite northern in the United States and is mainly on the map because of the high-quality Pinot Noirs, which have a special aromatic character here. In addition to Pinot Noir, the region is also extremely suitable for grape varieties such as Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Acrobat is owned by the renowned Foley Wines, which also owns Sebastiani in California.
