Picpoul
Picpoul
The Picpoul grape mainly produces fresh and dry wines. The grape comes from Languedoc in the south of France. The vineyards have a view of the sea and the Bassin de Thau. Because of this, it is surprising that the wines contain freshness and the minerals of the sea. The wines are best drunk young. When the wines are in the cellar for a long time, they lose their freshness. The Picpoul grape is picked at night to ensure freshness. The combination of lower temperatures and long fermentation ensures guaranteed freshness and complex aromas of the wine.
