The Olio di Oliva comes from the famous Tenuta dell'Ornellaia winery and is obtained from ancient olive trees on the family estate. The olives are harvested by hand from the trees and cold-processed to retain the maximum polyphenol and antioxidants and these are therefore very high concentrations present in this olive oil. The olive oil has a transparent golden-yellow color with green tones. The oil is very elegant and delicate with notes of dried fruit. On the palate, the Oliva Ornellaia has beautiful bitters with notes of olive and artichokes. A very nice unique oil which goes beautifully with fresh anti pasti from raw fish, creamy vegetable soup, grilled vegetables, steamed fish and roasted white meat. Incomparable with the mass produced olive oil.
