Born under the sun, Aubert & Mathieu Kate truly embodies the warm character of the Languedoc Roussillon (IGP Pays d'Oc). The 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes used for Kate are carefully harvested to preserve all their flavors. Sauvignon, Grenache & Syrah are endemic grape varieties of the Languedoc Roussillon. These grapes appreciate the generous soils and the mild winter and sunny summer climate of this region. The grapes come from organic farming and are part of Aubert & Mathieu's ecological responsibility approach. The wines are then bottled in recycled glass bottles and the labels are made from recyclable and recycled materials. On the label of the wine, this is reflected in the dress with bright, striking colors. KATE is therefore a lively and exotic wine.

The Aubert & Mathieu Kate shows a lot of tropical fruit in the nose and has a good length. A lot of freshness. The KATE can be drunk on any occasion and invites itself to the table when you are with friends or family. Aperitif or delicious with a fresh salad. Goes perfectly with Thai-style mussels.

THE LABEL
Kate and Amy are two artists from the end of the 19th century. Amy is a daring American actress who has often worked for advertising campaigns. While Kate is a classic Parisian opera dancer. Two different destinations, their fictional meeting also symbolizes the meeting between the excellence of the Old World and the originality of the New World of wines. Nature is expressed in the dresses of KATE and AMY, through the presence of foliage. Pop colors, such as yellow and purple, break the classic side of their outfits and lead us into a non-conformist and colorful universe!

FACT: The wine is served in KLM's Business Class and Business Lounge
