Maison Champy
Maison Champy is the oldest winery in Burgundy and was founded in 1720 in Beaune. Louis Pasteur worked at this iconic domain to learn the trade and, after the construction of the Eiffel Tower for the World Exhibition in Paris, Gustave Eiffel worked at Maison Champy and designed the building for the Maison Champy winery according to the Eiffel architectural style.
