Chateau Segur de Cabanac
Chateau Segur de Cabanac
A small 7 hectare wine estate that has been owned by Jean Louis since 1980 - the son of the renowned winemaker and former owner of Guy Delon. Jean Louis grows the classic burgundy grapes on the grounds. His first wine consists of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot is called Segur de Cabanac. Les Hauts de Cabanac is the second wine from Chateau Segur de Cabanac. Both wines have the designation of a classic bordeaux from Saint Estèphe. Full, tannic, complex, nice balance between the acid and the fruit. Chateau Segur de Cabanac wines have a more than excellent price / quality ratio.
