What does wine from the Negra Mole grape taste like?
The Negra Mole, as normal, generally produces fairly light and soft red wines. They have an exuberant smell and are best drunk young. In Madeira, it's completely different. Then it is sweet with thick brown juice, and it can be stored indefinitely.
