The family has been producing champagne since 1895. They do this in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (just a few kilometers from the city of Epernay). Currently, the third generation continues the tradition and Michelle and Laurent provide excellent champagnes. The champagnes that come from Bernard-Pitois are all made in a sustainable way. The vineyard is classified as Premier Cru and has 95 hectares spread over 6 different villages. Supported by vines that are on average 25 years old, grapes show the best of the potential of the plots and varieties.
