Domaine de l'Enclos
Spread over an area of 29 hectares, the Enclos estate cultivates certified organic vines. These are spread over 4 levels of the Chablis denomination and, in particular, in some of the most beautiful terroirs of the vineyard. Romain and Damien Bouchard manage their ancestors' estate. They use their experience to make wines with simple, respectful, and unadorned practices.
