2019 Heaven Pinotage

This 100% Pinotage from Wijnhuis Heaven is a fruity wine with aromas and taste characteristics of cherry, strawberry and banana. Originating from the Western Cape region, South Africa. The vineyards of Heaven where the Pinotage grows are centuries old. The most beautiful grape varieties have been grown here for years, and in particular the Pinotage. The perfect climate in which we find plenty of sunshine, but also cooling at night and strong winds give the harvest a unique quality. The wine tastes great with the BBQ, but also with red meat and overripe cheeses.

The beautiful Heaven winery is located in the Western Cape wine region. The area is beautiful, lots of nature and rich sources give a picturesque landscape. Because of the beautiful surroundings, this area has been called 'Heaven' for years. But it doesn't stop there because the beauty is partly in the bottle.
