One of the four bangers from the Moselle. Germany champions league. What a great riesling Thomas Haag makes. It was not for nothing that he became Winzer des Jahres (Gault & Millau). In the 1990s, Thomas and his wife Ute took over in a sorry state. By working very hard, the weather has been raised in all its glory. The winery owns about twenty hectares in the best steep slopes of the Moselle. Due to 80-year-old sticks, only manual harvesting in several courses, the wines are guaranteed with great aging potential. All wines undergo spontaneous fermentation in the more than 100-year-old vaulted cellar. They are complex, elegant and mineral at the same time. And of course with a very low alcohol content. Wines with their own identity and character. It is therefore not the slightest slope where the grapes come from, such as: Lieser Niederberg Helden, Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr, Brauneberger Juffer, Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Graacher Himmelreich, Bernkasteler Doctor and the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen.
