Gini

Azienda Agricola Gini is owned by brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini. Their ancestors laid the foundation with hard work and a focus on quality above all. The Azienda is 25 hectares and is located in the Veneto region in the small village of Monteforte d'Alpone. That town is located in the Soave Classico, the part of the wine region where the best Soave is made.

The vines are located on sunny slopes in very well-maintained vineyards and the soil consists mostly of volcanic soil, which gives these wines a unique character. The soil also provides a great water balance and requires deep rooting, which ultimately ensures a long growing season in which the grapes can ripen gradually. After the harvest, the grapes go to the new, impressive cellar of the Gini brothers. Existing materials have been reused as much as possible in the new building. In the underground part, cut out of the rocks, the wines can mature quietly in barrels at a stable temperature and the right humidity level. Gini's wines also all receive high ratings from the international wine press, but with the 25HA, the range is fairly limited.
