White wine is obtained by the fermentation of the grape juice of white or black grapes. The final hue and taste of the wine is determined by the grape variety used and the age of the product. The must is therefore free of skins, stems and seeds. Because grape juice contains little to no coloring, the wine will be almost white. White wine can therefore also be made from black grapes. Altitude, climate, soil type, aging of the wine, wood or stainless steel are all elements that determine the style of a wine.

A Chardonnay grape from Burgundy has a completely different taste than a Chardonnay from Chile, for example. Of course we have made the classic white wines from, for example, the chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, verdejo, pinot grigio or riesling grapes, but we have also made true gems from lesser-known grapes or grape varieties that are emerging such as the Godello, Albariño, Viura, Vermentino, and Grillo. Our range of wines from all over the world; from France to Argentina and from New Zealand to Spain.
