In the French village of Chichée, 4 km southeast of Chablis, the Oudin family has its vineyards of approx. 8 hectares. The focus at Domaine Oudin is entirely on producing authentic quality (chablis) white wines with respect for terroir and environment (limitation of chemicals, plowing with horses, hand picking) and using the most natural vinification with long ripening on the lees.
