Bodegas Ignios is one of the best bodegas on Tenerife, part of the Canary Islands. Due to the high location of the vineyards and the salty sea air of the Atlantic Ocean, the wines have the perfect opportunity to be healthy and fresh. The soil of this region is composed of sandy loam and thanks to its east-western orientation, the sun's rays reach it almost all day long, amplified by the high altitude and light influence of the trade wins.

Their grapes are fermented in stainless steal and ages in 500 or 600 liter barrels for a whole year. In late 2016, about 3000 unfiltered bottles were filled.
