Located in the Côte de Beaune region of Burgundy, the village of Saint-Aubin is home to 30 Premier Cru vineyards planted on a hill above the valley, which protects the vines from wind and fog. This is a boon to the Chardonnay grape. Chardonnays from this region offer typical characteristics of white flowers, almond, citrus and flint notes.
