The Phoenix collection from Sophienwald® consists of an extensive series of specially designed glasses in which the very best wines are optimally displayed. Completely handmade, feather-light and ideal for intensive use, for demanding wine lovers. In this range you will also find a glass for beers, dessert wines and spirits. The Phoenix Burgundy glass has a height of 22.5 cm and a capacity of 700 ml, making it ideal for the more typical Burgundy wines based on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Also perfect with a wood-aged white Rioja or Verdejo. The white and red Burgundy wines show their finesse and elegance in this glass shape. The wines therefore have a large oxidation surface to develop. A small excess of alcohols and acids can evaporate ideally.
