Sinzero Spumante Brut
This Sinzero Sparkling Brut Espumante is made with 100% chardonnay grapes harvested from the vineyards in Chile from the Maipo valley. The white Sinzero Brut Spumante Alcohol-free in the glass has a nice light color with a golden hue. Fresh notes of banana, peaches and lime in the nose. In the mouth this non-alcoholic bubble has a very good balance and pleasant refined bubbles. Highly recommended as an (alcohol-free) aperitif and certainly delicious with a salad, seafood and Japanese food. The ideal serving temperature is 6-8 ° C and once opened you should keep the wine cool and consume it in 2 days.
The Sinzero Brut Espumante is a delicious non-alcoholic wine. A conscious choice - and with only 12 kcal per 100 ml - also a responsible choice. The grapes are fermented and aged according to the traditional wine-making method. During this traditional 'vinification' the grapes are crushed very carefully and a normal fermentation and ripening takes place. So real wine is made and the wine is only decalcoholized just before bottling. The best process for de-alcoholizing is according to the so-called SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column). It is also the most expensive process but SSC does not give any loss of aroma or taste.
