The wine consists mainly of Vermentino with a little Sauvignon & Trebbiano and is mainly aged in steel tanks kept at a temperature of 10-13 degrees. A small part of the wine has been allowed to mature in large oak barrels, which adds extra elegance. The Message in a Bottle Blanco is a delicate wine with notes of citrus, pineapple and bananas; you could even call it a tropical wine. A fresh and pleasant taste with a long aftertaste.
