The Italian durum wheat comes from the golden fields of Puglia and Emilia, for a traditional pasta, with excellent nutritional values. At Pasta Jolly the approach is simple: Top quality of the raw material ensures great pasta, which is why they only work with Italian Durum wheat. The way the pasta is made is based on an age-old recipe. That's the secret to Pasta Jolly's success. The entire production at Pasta Jolly is done for 100% with green energy from renewable energy sources.

The Pasta Jolly Trenette number 1o is a kind of narrow, flat, dried pasta; it is similar to both linguine and fettuccine. Of course, this is also a 100% Grano duro Italiano (Italian durum wheat). The content is 500 grams and the cooking time for Al Dente is 7 minutes.


There was a Venetian pasta factory doing things right. It's still here. We are very similar to how we were 60 years ago : we started on the right way and with simple goals, we have been able to remain faithful to ourselves up to now.
