The Pasta Jolly Pipe Rigate number 43 have a compact and curved shape. Their open ends allow them to perfectly scoop and hold the sauce between the grooves in their surface. Of course, this is also a 100% Grano duro Italiano (Italian durum wheat). The content is 500 grams and the cooking time for this Al Dente Pasta is 9 minutes.
