The Langhe Rosso DOC Ternus is the blend of the typical Piedmont grapes, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto and Barbera. In the glass, the Langhe Ternus has an intense purple-red color with notes of raspberry, red currant, a little leather and tobacco and spicy notes in the nose. In the mouth the wine is medium bodied, broad with good structure and pleasant refined tannins. The Barbera and Dolcetto provide the fresh fruit and beautiful acidity and the Nebbiolo gives the wine depth and because everything has been given time at Montaribaldi, the Ternus is a very pleasant glass and an all-rounder. The price/quality of this wine compared to its bigger brothers Barbaresco and Barolo is excellent. Delicious to enjoy on its own, but also perfect with (old) cheeses, risotto funghi or with a pork roast. Tip: drink this wine with a (well-made) pulled pork sandwich.

The Juan Gil Blanco is the white wine from the Juan Gil series (yellow, silver and blue label). It is a dry wine made from Moscatel/Muscat grapes coming from an elevated vineyard (700 meters) in the valley of La Aragona, north of Jumilla, with chalky soils, a dry climate and many hours of sun that form a microclimate that is perfect is for this variety. Due to the altitude, the differences between day and night are large, which ensures elegance and good acidity. In the glass, the Juan Gil Moscatel has a light straw yellow color with a green tinge. In the nose aromas of fresh melon, peach and kiwi supplemented with jasmine and white pepper. Juicy, tightly wrapped pome fruit and honey aromas on the palate make this very pleasant wine juicy, refreshing with a long, intensely spicy finish.

The Hado is a wine with which the renowned winemaker Carlos San Pedro wants to represent the house style of Bodegas Pujanza, and the new trend of Rioja wines focused on the fruit in which the wood should not dominate. In addition, Carlos wants a wine that is accessible in terms of price and he has more than succeeded with the Hado. The Hado is a medium-bodied, clean and serious wine. The nose is nicely ripe but certainly not overripe. Beautiful notes of wood and spices which are very well integrated in both the nose and the palate. In the mouth it has fine tannins. The Villa Sant' Anna Rosso is the younger brother of the Vino Nobile and is a blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Canaiolo, Mammolo, Colorino. This juicy wine has the smell and taste of black cherries. The taste is complemented by spices and wood, ripe tannins. The Rosso di Montepulciano has serious depth and personality. Dark cherry, plum, menthol, tobacco and licorice are some of the many notes we find in this big, rich Rosso. There is no shortage of personality here. This Rosso has the structure for a great drinking window. Lots of wine for an affordable price. Already after uncorking you can smell the Tuscan hills. Organically grown and certified with VEGAN

The Paul Mas Astruc Chardonnay Reserve is a 95% wood-aged Chardonnay with 5% Mauzac, so a wine with that famous butter. The wine is full-bodied but surprisingly light and lively, rich and with remarkable length. After picking, the wine ferments slowly at a low temperature of 16°C with partial malolactic fermentation (60%) so that the acids are retained and the wine does not become woolly, as too often happens with barrique chardonnays. The wine is allowed to mature in oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new and 2/3 of which are 2 years old. Half of these barrels are French, the other half American. In the glass, the Asstruc Chardonnay Reserve has a light, fresh golden yellow color with intense notes of flowers, a little brioche and vanilla and notes of pineapple, lime and quince on the nose.
