A 5-year-old Inchgower, presented as part of Douglas Laing's Provenance range. This was distilled in 2013 and matured in a Refill Barrel until February 2019 before the cask broke open and bottled as a delicious Speyside whiskey
Naturally no-chill filtration and no staining and this also comes from a barrel.
Nose : Roasted oak, freshly baked vanilla cakes and caramelised nuts
Taste : Delicious mouthfeel of delicious mocha and gently some citrus fruit emerges
Finish : the mocha lingers and the honey and a pepper gently emerge
